As you all are aware, The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has fundamentally changed the way Hajj is organised and the way the hujjaj get their packages, flight tickets, visas and how they are served before and after buying their packages and during the Hajj. For the last two years. Hajj is now solely organised by Saudi Hajj Services Providers, who are now appointed solely by the Saudi Hajj & Umrah Ministry. All the Hajj packages and services given to the Hujjaj before and during Hajj are organised and given solely to the Hujjaj by them and their staff. Our role has been reduced to be consultants to them and act as their advisers. 

Also as advisers to the Hujjaj assist them to register and choose their packages and prepare them to buy it. After they buy their packages, we prepare them for doing the hajj, drawing on our vast and unique experience and expertise and the most experienced Organisers, and highly qualified Imams, Shiekhs and Guides who has between them over 35 years of experience and expertise. This is now our role as consultants and advisers of one of the most important authorised Saudi Hajj Services Providers, without any liabilities on us of any kind as the Saudi Hajj Services Providers are the sole providers of packages and services and the Hujjaj are responsible for the choice they make of the packages and the provided services which are listed clearly in every package. Every Ajj chooses his or her package and services and pays Hajj Ministry directly. 

Our role is of help and advice to the Hujjaj as to the procedures and how to register, how to go on the Hajj Ministry application and examine the package of their choice, its services and then we give the valuable assistance to select their chosen packages, prepare them to buy it on the appointed date and time. We are delighted to say that our association with the Hajj Services Provider has worked very well, Alhamdulillah, for them and for the Hundreds of Hujjaj we advised, assisted and prepared them for hajj and travelled with them, guided them through their hajj and travelled with them back to the UK. We are intending to build on the success of previous years, and we are confident that Hajj 2025 will not only be successful, safe, secure, enjoyable, and memorable but also deeply spiritually uplifting.
